Fall Release Harvest Feast at the Sagemoor Estate House

As the Walla Walla Valley settles into fall, we are excited to announce a special Fall Release Weekend kick-off dinner at the Estate House.

Chef Nate Ryan, owner & lead chef of FAFO Kitchen in Silverdale, comes east across the mountains for one night. He’s joined by FAFO sous chef Miah Swinney. Together they’ve built a six-course menu around some of the finest ingredients the Northwest has to offer. The seafood comes from Valhalla Specialty Foods and the hand-cut meats from Minder Meats, and each course is paired with a wine from our estate.
