Vintage Overview

This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from a diverse collection of blocks, incorporating fruit from five of our six Estate Vineyards. Hand-picked and fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless-steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Penetrating nose of white peach, meyer lemon, kumquat, citrus blossoms and lemongrass. A touch of air brings apricot and ripe peach skin as well as earl grey tea. The palate is filled with stone fruit, lightly caramelized citrus and chalky minerality.

Composition: Sauvignon Blanc 92% Semillon 8%
