Tasting Notes

A sultry mixture of cocoa powdered currants and plum skin, with hints of Madagascar vanilla bean and crème brulee. Swirling brings rich and caramelized red and black fruits, dark baking spices and a lingering hint of sandalwood. The palate has great volume and fruit intensity, with ultra fine tannins and hints of candied walnuts and cocoa nibs.
